Stabilizing the post-election environment has never been more critical. Across the country, and specifically in Arizona, a hotbed of election conspiracies and disinformation, tightly contested electoral results, damaging partisan election reviews, and so much more since the 2020 Election have threatened not just the soundness of individual election outcomes, but faith in our democracy as a whole. In close collaboration with partners in Arizona and key states around the country, we will be playing a critical role in stabilizing the post-election environment in 2024, just as we did in 2020 and 2022. This work takes on sector-wide urgency in another presidential election year and as a tidal wave of new laws and regulations governing our elections take effect. We will highlight emerging vulnerabilities in 2024, success stories from holding the line in Arizona and other states in 2022, and preview specific strategies we and our allies across the pro-democracy sector will be implementing ahead of the November election to deliver a safe and stable post- election environment.
