Randy Perez is an organizer and advocate based in Tempe, Arizona, currently serving as the Program Director at Voting Rights Lab, a national advocacy organization dedicated to defending and expanding access to the ballot. In his current role, he works with state leaders and organizations to build and wield long term political power for historically disenfranchised communities, with a focus on Arizona, Mississippi, Montana, Texas, and Wisconsin. He also leads the organization's work to help prevent post election crises and election sabotage.

Previously, Randy worked as the Democracy Director at Living United for Change in Arizona (LUCHA), helping to build the organization's democracy program. He has also previously held roles at the Obama Foundation and numerous electoral campaigns in Arizona. In addition to the political realm, Randy also pursues other interests in music production, DJing, and writing, and grew up in Madison, Wisconsin before attending Arizona State University in 2014.
