BECCA ISRAEL is Senior Director of Development at Voting Rights Lab, where they develop and manage strategic fundraising initiatives so the organization can continue to expand its work to secure, protect, and defend voting access for all Americans. Becca supports all aspects of the Voting Rights Lab’s major gifts program and manages a portfolio of major donors, working across the Development and Executive teams to build out a clearly-defined major gifts-giving pipeline, retain donors, and ground fundraising efforts in VRL’s goals and values.

Prior to their time at Voting Rights Lab, Becca led fundraising efforts at Arena, an organization committed to convening, training, and supporting the next generation of candidates and campaign staff, and managed philanthropic engagement and strategy for Bend the Arc, the leading national Jewish organization focused exclusively on social and political change in the U.S.
