Emma Noyes is a citizen of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation and is the Research Director at Inatai Foundation. She leads the foundation’s research efforts and evaluation practices in alignment with Inatai’s 50 Year Vision and values and is part of a core team that supports continuous learning within the foundation. In addition to her background in research, Emma has deep knowledge of philanthropy and higher education. Emma graduated from the University of Washington with an undergraduate degree in public health and anthropology before earning her Master of Public Health (MPH) at the University of New Mexico. Before her role at Inatai, she worked as a program officer at Empire Health Foundation. Emma is deeply grateful for the Native American and Latinx/e elders and leaders that have shaped her work throughout her life. Emma is also an accomplished artist and writer who enjoys deepening her connection to traditional foods, medicines, land, and bodies of water alongside her family.
