Alex is the Executive Director of the Center For Empowered Politics, a capacity building hub that supports grassroots organizations and leaders of color and grows movement infrastructure at the intersection of racial justice, organizing and electoral. He has over 20 years of experience organizing for racial and economic justice. Alex has led campaigns to organize low wage immigrant workers, winning millions of dollars in back wages and has helped to build resilient multi-entity power building infrastructure regionally and nationally, including Resilient Strategies LLC, an operations backend hub that provides values aligned infrastructure for c3s, c4s, LLCs and pacs.
