Krithika Harish is a Senior Program Officer at the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies where she leads the strategy around women’s political power and leadership. Prior to joining Schusterman, Krithika was a Senior Associate at Civitas Public Affairs where she worked to advance a wide range of progressive policies through legislative and advocacy campaigns.mIn 2018, Krithika co-founded the Pipeline Fund, an organization dedicated to building a more reflective democracy by supporting groups that recruit and train diverse candidates, staff, and elected officials. Krithika now proudly serves as the President of Pipeline Fund’s Advisory Board.

Krithika holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis. Born in India and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Krithika is a proud immigrant American.
