Prior to that, Denise spent nearly a decade working to elect women to office through her various leadership roles at EMILY’s List, including as Deputy Executive Director and Political Director. She has held senior roles on numerous candidate and issue campaigns, including both of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaigns; Americans United to Protect Social Security; and Communities for Quality Education.

Denise has been recognized by the National Journal, Campaigns & Elections, and Marie Claire magazine, which named her one of the nation’s ‘most connected women.’ She is a graduate of the College of William & Mary and a proud native of the great state of New Jersey.
