Trevor Ostbye is the Director of Cities Forward, which supports cities in the development of city-driven projects to boost civic participation.

Prior to joining Cities Forward, Trevor worked at Democracy Fund, where he led the organization’s work on pro-voter reform and voting rights at the state level. During that time, he was also a member of the FCCP Advisory Board. In previous roles, Trevor has served as National Coordinator at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, where he worked on Election Protection, the nation’s largest nonpartisan voter protection coalition, and as Manager for Jobs and Project Planning at Hope Street Group, where he coordinated the creation of a bipartisan coalition around innovative strategies for workforce development.
