Misha Barnes serves as the Executive Director of the Ohio Progressive Collaborative, which is a donor collaborative raising over $56M since its inception in 2018 with the goal of expanding the electorate, achieving fair districts, and electing progressive leaders.

Previously, Misha served as the Executive Director of LEAD Ohio, an organization committed to developing a bench of progressive leaders and candidates across Ohio. She has worked on key candidate and issue campaigns across Ohio, including Planned Parenthood Advocates of Ohio, Governor Ted Strickland, Supreme Court Justice Yvette McGee Brown, and Hillary Clinton for President.

As a native Buckeye, Misha is committed to the progressive movement in Ohio.
