Matthew Marquez is the Arizona Campaigns Director for the Working Families Party, Matthew leads statewide electoral and grassroots organizing efforts to build the party's activist base, achieve policy victories, and build governing power with the multi-racial working class. He oversees staff in developing and executing organizing plans, identifying and training a diverse network of volunteers, and representing WFP in coalition efforts. Matthew also guides the party's independent expenditure campaigns, coalition building, budgeting, and fundraising.

For over a decade Matthew has directed political campaigns, community organizing initiatives, and experience managing teams. He holds a B.S. in Biology and has completed leadership training programs with the Hispanic Leadership Institute. His ancestorial roots in the borderlands, shape his political perspective.
